Every day I get asked by Chelsea fans, what is the latest transfer news? In recent days I am afraid that there has been little to tell them beyond shameless paper talk. The only notable rumour is the strong rumblings that the signing of Ramires is a done deal, whilst I have no firm evidence to confirm this the rumours are strong and this will be a great signing for Chelsea.
